Advance Capital Partners to acquire Unitur from Unior.

Advance Capital Partners, a European private equity firm, agreed to acquire Unitur, a major Slovenian tourism company, from Unior, a major Slovenian manufacturer specializing in high-quality hand tools. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Unitur is one of the largest Slovenian tourism companies, which also has extremely large multiplicative effects on the local environment. With a financially strong and stable owner, Unitur will now be able to exploit its full potential," said Aleš Škerlak, Advance Capital Partners CEO.
