Opima completed the acquisition of Vrena Mekaniska Verkstad from Celero Capital.

Opima, a provider of contract manufacturing, maintenance and repair services, completed the acquisition of Vrena Mekaniska Verkstad, a producer of large components and machines from Celero Capital, a Nordic lower mid-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our strength lies in the fact that our workshop is complete with sheet metal/welding, machining, surface treatment and assembly. We focus on short recurring series of both smaller and larger components and machines for industrial customers. Opima has the same mindset and together we are now even stronger and more complete for our customers," Hans-Erik Olsson, Vrena Mekaniska Verkstad CEO.
