Saverio Addante, Vincenzo Boccia and Invitalia to form Boccia Industria Grafica in a €21m deal.

Saverio Addante, Vincenzo Boccia and Invitalia, an Italian government agency for investment attraction and enterprise development, agreed to form Boccia Industria Grafica, a joint venture focused on printing services and products, in a €21m deal. "The distribution market is still linked to printed paper today. With this investment, which is in addition to other important events in recent years in the fields of digital and technological innovation, we wanted to strengthen our role as a reliable and solid interlocutor for all Italian players in Modern Distribution and Large Organized Distribution," Saverio Addante.
