Rinkelberg, a privately owned investment firm, completed the acquisition of the UK and Ireland Jus-Rol brand assets from Cerelia, a food company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have completed the sale of Jus-Rol to Rinkelberg Capital – a company which shares our ambition for Jus-Rol and sees the brand’s potential."
