STRABAG PFS to acquire Instalace Praha.

STRABAG PFS, a provider of property management and integrated real estate services, agreed to acquire Instalace Praha, a Czech construction and installation company. Financial terms are not disclosed. "Together with B2Assets, which we acquired in December 2024, and our existing STRABAG PFS national company, we will be one of the market leaders among building solutions providers in the Czech Republic. The balanced mix of long-term facility management contracts and complex building technology construction projects ensures sustainable growth," Stefan Babsch, STRABAG PFS Managing Director.
