Wynnchurch Capital-backed Owen completed the acquisition of J&R Equipment.

Wynnchurch Capital-backed Owen, a distributor of environmental equipment intended to serve contractors and municipalities, completed the acquisition of J&R Equipment, a provider of a range of refuse, trash, street, sewer, and environmental equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to bring J&R Equipment into the Owen family.
