HBI Health & Beauty Innovations, a global contract manufacturer specializing in nutritional, cosmetic and healthcare products, completed the acquisition of Richard Bittner, a CDMO of food supplements, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals, from Perrigo, a global consumer self-care company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
