Supreme Industries completed the acquisition of India's pipe business from Wavin Industries for $30m.

Supreme Industries, an Indian manufacturer of plastic products, completed the acquisition of India's pipe business from Wavin Industries, a subsidiary of the global Orbia Group, for $30m. "This is a landmark deal that begins a powerful collaboration to transform water management in India.
