Equitix, Kyuden International and Kyushu Electric Power to acquire the Seagreen Phase 1 offshore transmission assets from Seagreen Wind Energy.

Equitix, an investment company, Kyuden International, one of Japan’s leading energy groups, and Kyushu Electric Power, which engages in the power generation, transmission, distribution, and sales in Japan, agreed to acquire Seagreen Phase 1 offshore transmission assets from Seagreen Wind Energy.
