Tilleghem to acquire a minority stake in About Aptco.

Tilleghem, a private equity investor with a strong track record of supporting companies in their growth and development, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Aptco Group, an international technology group that specializes in the distribution, engineering and manufacturing, and servicing of high-quality equipment and consumables that support innovation in science and technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We look forward to working closely with management to further strengthen the group and provide support in the next phase where international expansion via an accelerated acquisition strategy will be central. Further growth of the current three business units will also be high on the agenda," Joachim Depuydt and Lieselot Peeters, Tilleghem Partners.
