Seasat, a provider of advanced satellite communications, completed the acquisition of Pyxisat, a Norwegian company that specializes in providing satellite communication systems for the maritime sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition of Pyxisat, we now have the best team in the Nordics and Europe within stabilized antennas. We are building a world-class team that can deliver even better solutions to our customers.
