Elvaston, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Mirus Software, a provider of software solutions for the hospitality sector, from Alpha VCX, a private investment company focused on investing in software and IT companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Through its strategic partnership with Elvaston Capital, the company aims to further strengthen its market position in the HR sector and realize its vision of becoming a leading HR software provider in the DACH region through enhanced M&A activities and innovative product developments," Elvaston statement.
