ONR to acquire Donaco for AUD55.6m

ONR, a special purpose vehicle managed by Argyle Street Management, offered to acquire Donaco, an operator of border casinos in Cambodia and Vietnam, for AUD55.6m On August 4 2025 Donaco International shareholders voted on On Nut Road Limited’s acquisition proposal. The scheme received 98.11% of the votes cast in favour. Additionally, 77.50% of shareholders present voted to approve the arrangement.
