AMG Critical Materials-backed AMG Mining GMBH completed the investment in Graphit Kropfmühl GmbH.

AMG Mining GMBH, a wholly owned subsidiary of AMG Critical Materials that specialise in critical materials and energy transition technologies, completed the investment in Graphit Kropfmühl GmbH, a natural graphite mining and processing company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
