Drax and Foresight are bidding to acquire Harmony Energy Income Trust for up to £210m.

Drax, a power generation business, and Foresight, an investment manager in real assets, are bidding to acquire Harmony Energy Income Trust, a UK-based investment trust, investing in a diversified portfolio of utility-scale energy storage and renewable energy generation assets in Great Britain, for up to £210m.
