Argos and Bpifrance completed the acquisition of Hexvia from Siparex.

Argos, a private equity firm, and Bpifrance, a French investment bank, completed the acquisition of Hexvia, a provider of residential moving services intended for corporates and individuals, from Siparex, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Hexvia is the #1 integrated player in the French moving services market, uniquely positioned to capitalise on new opportunities and the rising demand for sustainable offers.
