Digital Realty and Bersama Digital Infrastructure formed a Digital Realty Bersama joint venture.

Digital Realty, global provider of cloud- and carrier-neutral data center, and Bersama Digital Infrastructure, a digital infrastructure provider, formed a Digital Realty Bersama joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed.
