Nederman completed the acquisition of Euro-Equip for €15m.

Nederman, an environmental technology company, completed the acquisition of Euro-Equip, a Lezama-based firm specializing in equipment and turnkey solutions for foundries, metal recycling, and aluminum smelting, for €15m. "The demand for energy-efficient air filtration solutions is increasing, and the acquisition of Euro-Equip further strengthens our robust offerings to the foundry industry," Sven Kristensson, Nederman Group CEO.
