Transom Capital-backed HALO Dream, a global lifestyle baby care company, completed the acquisition of Baby Merlin, a designer and manufacturer of baby sleepwear products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Magic Sleepsuit and Baby Merlin are synonymous with better, longer, safer sleep for babies and parents.
