Littlejohn-backed Interstate Waste Services completed the acquisition of Pinto Service.

Littlejohn-backed Interstate Waste Services, a vertically integrated provider of solid waste collection, disposal, and recycling services, completed the acquisition of Pinto Service, a family-owned waste hauling company with deep roots in northern New Jersey. Financial terms are not disclosed. The acquisition of Pinto Service marks another milestone in IWS’s expansion across the tristate area. It follows a series of strategic acquisitions aimed at strengthening IWS’s market leadership, including Oak Ridge Waste & Recycling in Southwestern Connecticut and Suburban New York, as well as Marangi Disposal, the largest independent hauler in Orange and Rockland Counties, New York.
