William Chisholm completed the acquisition of Boston Celtics for $6.1bn.

A group of investors led by William Chisholm, a private equity executive, completed the acquisition of Boston Celtics, an NBA team based in Boston, for $6.1bn. “This truly is a dream come true for me and my family.
