Integrity360 completed the acquisition of Holiseum.

Integrity360, a cyber security firm, completed the acquisition of Holiseum, a provider of a range of cybersecurity services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to be welcoming the team from Holiseum to Integrity360. The enhanced group will significantly expand Holiseum’s considerable expertise in OT/IoT environments for the benefit of customers both in France and across all other EMEA locations.
