AstraZeneca to acquire a 9.15% stake in Harbour BioMed for $105m.

AstraZeneca, a multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, agreed to acquire a 9.15% stake in Harbour BioMed, a global clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, for $105m.
