Tata AutoComp to acquire IAC Sweden.

Tata AutoComp, a company provides products and services to the Indian and Global automotive OEMs, agreed to acquire International Automotive Components Group Sweden. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition aligns with our long-term vision of expanding in global markets and strengthening our relationships with European OEMs," Arvind Goel, Tata AutoComp Systems Vice Chairman.
