Sofindev-backed Altebra to merge with Pyronova.

Sofindev-backed Altebra, a provider of comprehensive active fire protection solutions and Pyronova, agreed to merge with Pyronova, an international fire protection company announce their strategic combination. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This merger forms a new, powerful Pan-European player in the fire safety sector.
