Agilitas Private Equity to acquire the Tech Services business of Tietoevry for €300m.

Agilitas Private Equity, a pan-European, mid-market private equity firm, agreed to acquire the Tech Services business of Tietoevry, a Finnish IT software and service company, for €300m.
