Wilson Partners completed the acquisition of Max Accountant.

Wilson Partners, a UK-based provider of accounting, tax, and corporate finance services, has acquired Rutland-based Max Accountants a taxation and business advisory company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a very exciting deal for us.
