Namira, an investment management company, completed the acquisition of a logistics warehouse in Caorso of Barings, a global investment management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of the Caorso asset by an international institutional investor is a testament to the capabilities of our Italian asset management team to deliver high quality developments with superb ESG credentials which are highly appreciated by tenants. This has allowed us to outperform the underwriting business plan for this asset.
