Nehlsen to acquire Karl Meyer.

Nehlsen, a provider of customer-orientated services in the areas of recycling, waste disposal, industrial cleaning, agreed to acquire Karl Meyer, a provider of individual solutions when it comes to waste disposal, container service, transportation, and logistics. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The merger of the two corporate groups will enable us to expand on our existing strengths.
