Audax Management Company, a private equity firm focused on investing in middle-market companies, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in TCP Analytical, a company that manufactures and distributes specialty chemicals, reagents, and analytical testing solutions from PNC Riverarch Capital, a middle-market private equity firm that invests in privately held North American. Financial terms are not disclosed. “ASC showed a deep understanding of our business.
