Rockbridge Growth Equity, a partnership-oriented middle market private equity, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Access Global Group, a salesforce-focused solutions and services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Access Global Group is well aligned with FormativGroup's group mission of delivering holistic, tailored technology consulting services to help mid-sized companies on their technology transformation journeys.
