Pennybacker Capital Management completed the acquisition of Baseline Energy Services.

Pennybacker Capital Management, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Baseline Energy Services, a provider of low-carbon, mobile distributed power generation solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
