Hayfin completed the acquisition of Fairfield Real Estate Finance Services from Oaktree Capital Management.

Hayfin Capital Management, a firm specializing in alternative asset management, completed the acquisition of Fairfield Real Estate Finance Services, a commercial real estate lending platform, from Oaktree Capital Management, a private equity firm.
