Tesco Ireland to acquire McEvoys Eurospar.

Tesco Ireland, a multinational grocery and general merchandise retailer, agreed to acquire McEvoys Eurospar, a supermarket outlet which is active in the retail sale of grocery goods. Financial terms were not disclosed.
