Ascend to acquire Clover.

Ascend, a healthcare and learning software company, agreed to acquire Clover, an education technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Clover's innovative approach to education and their commitment to excellence will help us continue to serve the allied health professions and ultimately create better-qualified healthcare professionals to serve patients,” Kathy Hunter, Ascend Allied Health Leader.
