Salter Brothers, Tokyo Century and OUE to form a joint venture.

Salter Brothers, an Australian-owned global alternatives investment manager, Tokyo Century, a Japanese financial services group, and OUE, a Singapore-based real estate and healthcare group, agreed to form a joint venture to develop Hotel Indigo Changi Airport.
