Groupe Ginger completed the acquisition of HPC for €46.1m.

Groupe Ginger, an independent engineering group in France, specializing in the lifespan, security, and sustainability of buildings and infrastructure, completed the acquisition of HPC, an international engineering and consulting firm, for €46.1m. "We can be proud of this new international dimension for Ginger. It opens up significant new opportunities, particularly through technical and commercial synergies. These opportunities will benefit all our employees, both at HPC and Ginger, by fostering technical excellence and geographical expansion," Philippe Margarit, Groupe Ginger Chairman.
