Banyan Software to acquire Mosaic Learning.

Banyan Software, a digital services company, agreed to acquire Mosaic Learning, a management solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Mosaic Learning has built an impressive suite of products that help organizations streamline their training, engagement, and member communication needs.
