Align Capital Partners-backed Premier Biotech completed the acquisition of a substance abuse testing business line from OraSure Technologies.

Align Capital Partners-backed Premier Biotech, a US-based company specializing in rapid drug testing solutions, completed the acquisition of a substance abuse testing business line, from OraSure Technologies, a medical diagnostics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "OraSure Technologies’s substance abuse testing products are known for their quality, innovation, and most importantly, ease of use.
