Vandemoortele to acquire Délifrance from VIVESCIA Group.

Vandemoortele, a Belgian-based food group, agreed to acquire Délifrance, a French frozen bakery brand, from VIVESCIA Group, a French cooperative farming and food processing group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We will be delighted to welcome Délifrance into the Vandemoortele family. This will be a historic partnership with a compelling strategy and culture fit,” Jean Vandemoortele, Vandemoortele Chairman of the Board.
