TIBA completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SMX Logistics.

Tiba, a Spain-based logistics company specializing in freight forwarding and supply chain solutions, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SMX Logistics, a Brazil-based logistics company focused on maritime, air, and land transportation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
