Phenna Group to acquire Atlantic Testing Laboratories.

Phenna Group, a UK‑based provider of testing, inspection, certification, and compliance services, is set to acquire Atlantic Testing Laboratories, a US engineering support firm specialising in construction materials testing, geotechnical investigations, environmental services, and non‑destructive testing.
