Aidacare, a provider of ward-based equipment and rehabilitation products, completed the acquisition of a 65% stake in Back to Sleep, an Australian company specializing in sleep and mobility solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This mutually beneficial partnership strengthens our capabilities even further and enables us to continue to grow even stronger into the future."
