First Manhattan completed the acquisition of Grand-Jean Capital Management.

First Manhattan, an independently owned and operated investment advisory firm, completed the acquisition of Grand-Jean Capital Management, a registered investment advisor with over $500m in assets under management. Financial terms were not disclosed. Steven Grand-Jean joins as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager, bringing decades of experience in investment management and client advisory. He and his team will continue to work closely with clients while leveraging First Manhattan’s in-house research capabilities, wealth planning expertise, and robust operating platform.
