Kingspan completed the acquisition of Hao Wei.

Kingspan, a global provider of advanced insulation and building envelope solutions, completed the acquisition of Hao Wei, an extruded polystyrene insulation manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Hao Wei is a pivotal step in our growth strategy, enabling us to establish a strong manufacturing presence in Asia. This facility allows us to produce XPS insulation locally, improving supply chain efficiency, reducing lead times, and offering region-specific solutions to better serve our customers," Chris Johnston, Kingspan Insulation General Manager.
