Cesar completed the acquisition of Logimer and MDM.

Cesar, a company controlled by Bubbles BidCo and operator of a large network of Acqua & Sapone and La Saponeria stores, completed the acquisition of Logimer and MDM, an operators managing Acqua & Sapone stores in Tuscany and Umbria. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In line with our strategic plan, we continue to invest in the expansion of our store network, which, with this acquisition and the organic growth expected in 2025, will reach the important milestone of approximately 900 stores by the end of the year, further strengthening our channel leadership,” Carlo Schiavo, Bubbles Bidco - Acqua & Sapone, CEO.
