Comtel to acquire Unified Communication division of NEC from NEC Europe.

Comtel, an ICT systems supply and integration solutions provider, agreed to acquire Unified Communication division of NEC from NEC Europe, a multinational company in information technology, electronics, and electrical systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The agreement reflects NEC's commitment to ensuring a smooth transition for its clients, supporting their long-term success strategy.
