Insight Partners-backed PDI Technologies completed the acquisition of P97 Networks.

Insight Partners-backed PDI Technologies, a provider of enterprise software and solutions to the convenience retail and wholesale petroleum industries, completed the acquisition of P97 Networks, a mobile commerce and digital marketing platform provider for the convenience retail, automotive, and fuel markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. "P97 has established itself as a true innovator in transforming digital engagement for commerce.
