Norsk Gjenvinning completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Østlandet Gjenvinning from Sirkula Næring and Horistont Miljøpark.

Norsk Gjenvinning, the market leader in recycling in the Norwegian market, and is represented in all parts of the value chain, completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Østlandet Gjenvinning, a competence company where employees in the group have extensive professional expertise in waste solutions, recycling, logistics, and consulting. Financial terms were not disclosed.
