Union Park-backed Exaktera to acquire autoVimation.

Union Park-backed Exaktera, a manufacturer of critical illumination solutions, agreed to acquire autoVimation, a manufacturer of high-performance enclosures and mounting solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Joining Exaktera is an exciting next chapter for autoVimation.
